Hi, I made an exchange of WMZ to Moneybookers yesterday (July 13) for the amount 61,20 wmz. The
webmoney were taken out but no moneybookers received. I have no order ID and received no email confirmation by email of the transfer. The exchange mb occurs between users. The system has found the order for sale mb and consequently to you has allowed to pay purchase. The seller was informed and in the near future should transfer mb, about us it does not depend |

At us in system money it is translated not we personally, about it it is written at the order and in section FAQ.
Each seller MB has the right to cancel the application for an exchange and from it to not get to anywhere (to force it(him) translate we we can not). In this case too, the client has declared the sum on sale, we have accepted payment from buyers, and it(he) simply was gone. Naturally we with such sellers any more do not work, we search constantly new. Be patient. |
