Hi, I made an exchange of WMZ to Moneybookers yesterday (July 13) for the amount 61,20 wmz. The
webmoney were taken out but no moneybookers received. I have no order ID and received no email confirmation by email of the transfer. The exchange mb occurs between users. The system has found the order for sale mb and consequently to you has allowed to pay purchase. The seller was informed and in the near future should transfer mb, about us it does not depend |

According to our conditions which you have accepted, operations of an exchange are not subject to a cancellation. Money received from you are used for other exchanges and even if we would like to break our conditions and to cancel the order - we it we can not make because of lack of means.
Your order will be executed, you want that whether or not. And further your right to use our services whether or not. |
