Buxar Portal's hub rules:


1. Every user is responsible for it's shared files, which is dictated by LR law.

2. Main hub languages are - lithuanian, russian and english.

1 warning - oral or ban for 1 h.
2 warning - ban for 1 d.

3. It's forbidden to flood in chat or private messages.

1 warning - oral or ban for 1 h.
2 warning - ban for 1 d.
3 warning - ban for 1 w.

4. It's forbidden to share Windows system catalogue.

Ban without notification for 1 d.

5. Shared files, should have detailed names (for example: names like track1.wma or file01.txt aren't allowed).
1 warning - oral or ban for 1 h.
2 warning - ban for 6 h.
3 warning - ban for 1 d.

6. It's forbidden to share Program files system catalogue.

Ban without notification for 1 d.

7. It's forbidden to share files, which aren't completed or finished.

Ban without notification for 1 d.

8. It's forbidden to share childish porno!

Ban without notification for 1 w.

9. Buxar Portal hub, allows using obscene language. Don't annoy operators, to ban a person, which you don't "like".

10. Fake sharing and DC Cheating are forbidden!

Ban without notification for 1 w.

11. It's forbidden to abuse Administrators :

Permanent ban + you will be added to black list.

12. It's forbidden to publicly discuss actions taken by Administrators or operators:

1 warning - ban for 1 d.
2 warning - ban for 1 w.
3 warning - ban for 1 m.
4 warning - permanent ban.

13. It's forbidden to send messages, which contain nationalistic inclination:

1 warning - ban for 1 d.
2 warning - ban for 1 w.
3 warning - Permanent ban + you will be added to black list.

14. Advertisment is forbidden in all forms (hub, irc or games servers advertisment, etc.) without PAYING for it to hub ( in main channel, mass advertising in private messages, advertisment in away messages, advertisment which contains your nick or your nick's description ):

1 warning - ban for 2 w.
2 warning - permanent ban.

15. It's forbidden to share blocked files. System will automaticly check, and if blocked file will be founded, you will be banned for 3 hours.

List of blocked files: virus.files, theyr forbidden to store, by LR law.

16. Minimal amount of upload slots, for big files is equal 5.

1 warning - ban for 1 h.
2 warning - ban for 1 d.
3 warning - ban for 1 w.

17. Minimal Share capacity - 10GB

1 warning - ban for 1 h.
2 warning - ban for 1 d.
3 warning - ban for 1 w.

18. Rules can be changes anytime, without any notifications.
